@hj96 Do not think this is anything to worry about. Typically clicking noises can be heard when opening camera or changing modes. This is the OIS (optical Image) stabilisation) activating,though tend not to hear them on my device(do have system sounds fairly high)
you could clear the app's cache by going to Apps-Camera- Storage-clear cache. if the noise is an excessive though an idea to check the Diagnostics via Samsung Members-support-phone Diagnostics-Camera to see if any errors show up.
