Try going into your phone settings then scroll down to and tap on Apps>Camera>storage then clear the cache and data. Press the back button then press the Force Stop button. Then come back to the home screen and relaunch the camera app. If that doesn't solve your problem try restarting your phone and see if the problem persists. If it does then a visit to a Samsung store might be required.

This worked perfectly for me. At first I was worried about what the app means by clearing "stored data." I was afraid this might delete all my stored photos. I might be good to make that a little clearer in the instructions.
