Connection problem or invalid MMI code

Hi,

When I try to run the ##4636## code, I get 'Connection problem or invalid MMI code' msg. I've tried adding a command, restarting, safe mode, network and a new sim. Nothing works.

I have a samsung s22 ultra. Can anyone help?

@Jalcorn: What was it that you trying to achieve when entering the code? The error message you're seeing suggests that you are entering the wrong code, so you may wish to double check this to ensure that the details are correct.

@AndrewL: My signal is poor, where it should be strong. I was looking and the Internet said to check the ping with this code. Open to any ideas. Thanks
