Call sound issues - others can't hear me during calls and I can't hear them either

Hi,

I have had this phone now for around a month (S22 ultra EU exynos) and this is the 4th or 5th time that has happened to me. I receive a call, I hear the ringtone, I answer the phone but I hear nothing. I try to hang up the person and call myself and hear nothing.????? Only way to solve the problem is restart the phone, like I'm on a windows 98 computer....

This is besides the other problem I have with phone refusing to unlock once a day, I am really getting tired of all this annoying bugs.

Why would a 1400$ phone not be able to receive calls? Has anyone else had similar problems or it's only my unit that is faulty?

Same issue here.  Been having the problem for sometime.  I thought it related to WiFi callings so I switched that off.  It seemed to work for some time.ut issue has no resurfaced.  Restarting phone works.

Same issue... It's so annoying when you have an important call and you cant hear/speak to the person calling.
So you have to message them that you have to restart your 1500 € top notch samsung phone before they can have a call with you.

Samsung S22 on Exynos, same issue here. I'm waiting for a fix for several months. 

Probably I'm going to switch back to iPhones due to this bug. It is sad because otherwise I really do like this phone 😞

Still mute calls after August patch update. FIX IT *****

Monthly patches are security patches only. Actually Samsung never acknowledged this problem...

You can't fix something that (for Samsung) does not exist.

My GF has still the issue, the only difference is she has a s22 not the ultra. I have no problem since 1+ month

Since I cleared the cache on my Samsung phone app I have had no issue🤞

Yeah it works for a while but then it doesn't work anymore or at least this is the behavior my GF is experiencing

After the last update of the phone application I have not had mute calls anymore and it has been about 7 days since the last restart of the phone.
I continue to monitor the situation.
