@Adi0 see you have posted in the thread set up last month and the Service Centre thinks there is no issue. If it becomes worse and lingers too long you could PM @Sam_UK but likely it will not be necessary.

@Adi0: Please be assured that the S Pen meets our strict quality and safety standards, and the smell you're experiencing is a temporary phenomenon that will gradually disappear over time, like a new car smell, or the smell of rubber in new shoes etc. If you are concerned then I recommend reaching out to the support team in your region via samsung.com, where an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone and pen to be inspected, for added peace of mind
