Thanks for confirming that, @emeles. This might sound like a weird question, but are you actually connected to Bluetooth or a Bluetooth device when trying to clear the app data and cache?
If you are, then please toggle off Bluetooth and, if possible, turn off any Bluetooth devices that you usually connect to your S22 Ultra.
Please let me know whether this helps you clear the cache and data.

Hmm, this is puzzling, @emeles. Have you only been experiencing this issue since updating your S22 Ultra to One UI 5?

Please help same issue new s22 ultra. BT was working fine now it will not turn on. toggle switch is light gray but it moves to on then never turns on and goes back to off. I have tried everything other than factory reset which I prefer not to do. I got to the app and the clear data and clear cache are gray. i did reset of network settings. The toggle switch will not toggle to on. I used to have sever BT devices connected and working. Seems like the update did something?
