@Tauqeer: While we can't blacklist the phone for you, I recommend logging in to Find My Mobile using the Samsung account details that are registered to your S22 Ultra, and you can remotely manage the phone from here.

Find My Mobile allows you to locate, lock and/or wipe your device remotely, amongst other features. To find out more, please check out the link below.

What is Find My Mobile and how can I use it to locate, lock or wipe my device? | Samsung UK

You should tell the network to block the phone and report the IMEI to the police.

I have reported my IMEI to police and network provider can not block it, as it was brand new phone and never used.Only samsung can block it.

@AndrewL

If Samsung can imei block a phone due to a Trade In not being completed etc is there a reason why Samsung could not block a phone due to these instances if the Op contacted the Samsung Online Shop Team.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@BandOfBrothers @Tauqeer: I'm not sure if it's possible for lost and stolen items, but it's worth giving them a call on  to see if it's something that they can assist you with.

Exactly this was my argument, if you can block for trade in not completed then why not in case of fraud.
