@Tauqeer: While we can't blacklist the phone for you, I recommend logging in to Find My Mobile using the Samsung account details that are registered to your S22 Ultra, and you can remotely manage the phone from here.

You should tell the network to block the phone and report the IMEI to the police.

If Samsung can imei block a phone due to a Trade In not being completed etc is there a reason why Samsung could not block a phone due to these instances if the Op contacted the Samsung Online Shop Team.
