Auto protect wi-fi

Does anyone know how to enable auto protect wifi ?

Picture 1: when I press the grey button it changes to picture 2, then I press "allow" and it changes to picture 3, here it says "To use auto protect, allow access to your phones location all the time"

But where do I do that, I have scrolled all I can find, but no solution.

Settings- apps- secure wifi- permissions- location- allow all the time.
