S22+ Stuck on Android 12 and One UI 4.1

I have an ATT S22+ and I'm stuck on One UI 4.1 and Android 12. I've tried updating through the software update tab in settings, but it says that it was interrupted and I have to wait 24 hours to try again. I've tried this multiple times by the way. Any ideas?

Change your phone's CSC Firmware using a computer. Download Odin and watch some YouTube tutorials
. As long as you do the things right, you won't void the warranty or anything. Just ve carefull

Have you tried to connect it to your computer and use smart things to get updates?

Also have you tampered with your phone in any way? Where did you purchased your phone from? As it is a bit odd your phone is on UI4.1 when we are expecting UI8 this year.

I also have an AT&T S22 ultra, with Android 12 running, can not update and it keeps asking me to wait for another 24hr, is there something wrong with the S22 ultra from AT&T ?

my S22 is standing still for 3 years on Android 12 and One UI 4.1
I did not tampered with it or anything. 

"Your software is up-to-date" (Security patch 1-08-2022)
Google play  systemupdate: 1 june 2022

Just did a factoryrest just to make sure...
Any tips to get it updated?
