As far as I'm aware there is only the current settings such as the Dolby Atmos settings.
Have a look in the Playstore for any relevant apps that may suggest they can help.
My loud speaker sounds fine when on a call however I prefer to listen to music via my Samsung Buds Live and not through the stereo speakers.
Have you fitted any screen protectors that might be hindering sound or using a case that again maybe hindering.
You can check the speakers via the diagnostic test tool in your Samsung Members app under the GetHelp section.
And via dialing *#0*# on your phone's phone app.
