Click the Three Dots top right hand of the image you posted > Settings > turn customisation OFF and see if it helps.
Or just simple restart your phone.
Cant figure out what could have caused it unless you have another device Synced to you Samsung account like another phone, kids phone, or tablet, watch etc.
