S22 ultra weird charging issue

My S22 ultra is perfect, but whenever it charges to full (100 or 80 percent, depending on how I set it), and if it is connected to a charger, it restarts and most of the time corrupts it's data, requiring me to factory-reset it.

I now work around this problem by having a battery alarm app rhat notifies me before the phone reaches full charge, and never encounter this problem with this method.

Does anyone know what is wrong with the device? Does anyone have the same problem? Has anyone had this problem before?

see upp in the right corner, red pointed. Turn off automatic restart.

That won't help, apparently when they charge to 80 or 100% phone restarts and becomes corrupted. It has nothing to do with feature you mentioned.

Sounds like a android os issue, try reflashing the OS through PC and see if it fixes the corrupted OS.
