Samsung, please bloody stop with the pop up advertisements when i load up the Galaxy Store, £1300 odd quid on a phone, i don't want to keep getting an advert for a rubbish game or app each time i open the store!

If you don't like this pop up don't use the galaxy app store. You don't need to use the galaxy app store. All the apps on the galaxy app store are also on the play store.

Yes they are. I get all my updates for my s22 directly from the play store. I very rarely use the galaxy store to update apps. If a Samsung only app needs updating you can do this from directly in the app.

So as one example can you find me Samsung GoodLock in the Playstore as I can only see it as available in the Samsung Galaxy Store.

That is not a Samsung made app. Goodlock is made by good lock labs it's not made by samsung. Why would you use this? Samsung own lock is better!

Because Goodlock and it's Plug Ins / modules can provide more customisations @Andy3 

However it's not available in the Playstore. Not all apps are available there.

But it's not made by samsung. The dev hasn't released it on the play store. Hence why it's not on there. Some devs do that. I only gets apps that are on both. If I want to find apps I use the play store first. I only ever use galaxy app store if they are giving away payed apps for free.

I always refer to Goodlock as Samsung Goodlock that's all.

The original subject is about the automatic pop up advert on the Galaxy Store.

Some like me find content on the Samsung Galaxy Store useful and would llike the pop up to be to dismissed and kept that way.

Perhaps a setting toggle !

If you'd like to explore the Pros's and Con's of the Samsung Galaxy Store vs the Playstore then I'd advise to create a new thread for members to engage with you.

But it's not samsung goodlock. As I said in the first place tap don't show again and it won't show another pop up for 24 hours. Unfortunately this is the only thing you can do. Samsung must show this popup because its a paid for pop up.

Expert Raw is made by Samsung and it is not on the playstore.

It is perfectly fine to use the Galaxy Store for App that it is only available there, even if it is not made by Samsung. The argument that it is not made by Samsung does not hold any water.
