If your phone is eligible for the Beta program, you will see the invite in the notices section on the Members App
If you don't see it there, then your phone is probably not unlocked and not eligible

Because its one ui 5 android 13, and I received the same update yesterday on my s22 ultra. I don't think Google pay will work, I think its only samsung pay.
