Hi all,

Does anyone have any information about switching between upgrade plans? 

For example: 

Currently on an upgrade plan for the S21 and want to switch to the Fold or vice versa.

I wanted to switch from the Note series to the Fold series last year.
But was told I couldn't do that and could only get another Note series phone.
Changed this year as they've stopped doing the Note series phones and was offered the option of getting the Fold 3.
This was obviously an exception due to that series of phone finishing.
You can ask Customer Support, but as there is still the S series going. I don't think you'd be eligible

I'm not too sure why they haven't introduced the capability to do so 🤔
