Samsung upgrade program two payments

I got two payments coming out on 5th samsung says that they will freeze one of them but when I checked two payments are coming out still I been trying to contact samsung no luck then went on to Klarna and got this 

Feel so annoyed I never buy a samsung product again

Similar happened to me. I even got an email from both Samsung and Klarna saying payment had been paused but the money was still taken from my bank. It does strike me as a Samsung *****-up but it'll be Klarna who sort it.

did you get sorted I checked my bank today and two payments have been taken out
