S21 upgrade problems lagging and Message app

Since recent upgrade on S21..

Screen lag when strolling up and down

On text messages app it has been changed at the top of a message. There used to be icon to phone someone by tapping, now you have to hit the arrow beside the contact name for a drop down option where you can hit call... why mess about with this app?

That's because the smooth scrolling feature is turned off. That can be because of either the battery saving settings or because of a recent factory reset or update.

It's always been at standard setting with battery saver mode. This has only happened since the new upgrade.
