I used to be able to go into a person's contact details in my messages app on my samsung phone, see if they have whatsapp then click on that whatsapp green icon to send them a message, or call them (via whatsapp) without having to go into whatsapp and scroll to find them from my contacts, but now I get this weird screen come up. See attached. It seems to want to connect to my work pc and will not take me to whatsapp. I do not know how to fix this.
Any help greatly appreciated as I have already wasted 3 hours trying to figure it out, unsuccessfully.
