S21 Update Status Bar Large

Hello all, I updated my S21 Ultra this afternoon to latest software update and ever since the icons and text on my status bar are much bigger than they used to be.

I've tried changing the font size settings and the screen zoom settings to see if that makes a difference but it doesn't. The fonts on other parts of my app drawer etc are a normal size.

Any help would be much appreciated as I used to like the status bar font to be smaller than it otherwise is now.

or the only other thing I can think is to download a status bar app or look to see if anything is changed in themes or icons

Try to make the font size smaller and to make the screen zoom lower. If these aren't working, change the DPI from Developer Options.

Software info > tap 7 times build number. Close Settings app and go to the end. Find DPI "minimum width" and change from 411 to 420, for example. Things will get smaller.

Hi since clearing the cache partition didn't work try a factory reset it will fix the issue.

Try higher number like 450 or 470. It will work. 2nd screenshot is default DPI while smaller one is 470.
