Galaxy s21 ultra, IMEI: [RIMOSSO]. My device is from the US. Verizon branded. I can use my phone with an Italian SIM card but I cannot receive updates. Verizon told me to contact Samsung and Samsung told me to connect to Verizon. It has now been months and I still have an outdated device. I have tried smart switch. Verizon says I cannot open an account with them as I do not have a permanent us address. On the biometrics and security page on my phone it says there is an update available but when I tap there it says the latest version is installed on my phone (one UI 5.1). IS IT still a matter of time to wait for the update or is there an issue with my device? Something to to with OTA or CSC. I would really appreciate it if an expert could give me some practical advice as this is getting very frustrating
