Hi, I have a S21 Ultra since late January, I had issues in the past but now since the last Update 3 days ago My Mobile Network stopped working, I have an (Ø) symbol not even empty bars, the SIM card works great on other devices, but non SIM card works on this device, I tried reseting the network settings, Wiped cache partition, factory reset, airplane mode on and Off, looks like the antenna stopped working completely, not a single SIM card works on this device.
I have Wifi connection but is not what I bought this phone for, I want network service, is there any other solution I can try?

Can you describe your exact problem in more detail...? Did this happen right after the July update...?

It would be nice if Samsung could acknowledge the problem and could tell us if they are working on a software fix.

I got security pach october but nothing changed i still have no signal. I will wait for ui4.0 if hat doesnt help then i'll change carrier. After that i will switch samsung forever, this is ridiculous in 2021 i dont have 4g and people cant call me. Does anyone know how to contach google support except email or live chat

Exactly the same mate. I installed the october patch yesterday, but still no signal issues with 4g 😞

Can you give me your exact model number...? Mine is: SM-G998BZTHEUB.
I'm asking this because maybe we are in a bad hardware batch.

I need to know the full number (you can see it in your order receipt) or read in on the box. Because there different versions like 256 Gb, 512 Gb etc.
