no neither have I. I've been having severe problems with device overheating. this is my 3rd s21 Ultra!!!! Maybe this new update my fix it! there might be some yet then.

you need to give it a week. mine heated 1st few days now it's all fine.

when u say 'heated, how hot was it? cos mine is really hot!! sometimes the camera app will pop up with a warning n close app

uncomfortablely hot. but I was setting it all up.
