Hi,
So I ordered 2 Galaxy s21's. I received a delivery today with the free buds and tags for both phones but only received one of the phones and upon calling samsung customer services. They seem so clueless and say to wait another day to received the 2nd phone. But it doesn't make sense.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried?
