claim for buds and tag - but don't have an invoice number?

Hello 

I'm trying to claim my free buds and tag but it's asking for an invoice number, I didn't get one. I ordered online through sky mobile and have loads of emails as proof I bought the phone but no invoice number. I can't go any further with the claim. Any ideas on how I can sort this please?

For those trying to fill the claim form in with no invoice number, samsung have just emailed me to say to put 123456 in the invoice number line and it will let you continue with the rest if the claim. I have just done this and it worked, happy claiming

just screen shot everything you have etc and claim. they will get back to you if they need more evidence.

you can find invoice numbers through sky mobile. just contact them

I've just received an email from Samsung saying just to put 123456 in the invoice number section and you can continue with claim
