No worries! Let's see if clearing the app caches help! Head into Settings > Apps > 3 lines next to Your apps > Show system apps > Search for Dual Messenger > Storage > Clear cache. 

Follow these steps for the other apps. Once you've done this, please restart your phone.

Its a bug with the dual Messanger. At this time there is no chance to change it. We must wait on Samsung.

Whatsapp change there Storage Space on the Phone.
