I took a few videos last week and have tried to send them through WhatsApp/Messenger. On both formats these videos don't send and I have to Retry but still don't.I googled the problem and found that a setting in Camera>Advanced Video Settings has been checked..HDR10+ video. Now the video now has been took in HEVC format so my question is How do you convert back to MP4 to allow to send.
I,m unaware how this setting changed because videos in the past have been took on this phone and been sent on.
