WEIRD DARK MODE ON S21U

I've searched this problem with various apps and this is the result:

[ GOOD means that the dark mode is black, like on any other phone (Xiaomi, Sharp tested)

BAD means that the dark mode is grey, but if you take a screenshot it is seen as black on any other phone, though it is seen grey on S21U ]

Of course, I would like to have all apps in BLACK, not grey

Would this not be down to the app? Not the phone. I know what you mean, as I use SwiftKey keyboard. My keyboard is black. Use Google it will be a shade of grey.

If some apps on the same phone black others grey, that would more likely an app issue as @Fiona26 said

Most Google apps don't use pure black in dark mode. I've several phones of other brands, huawei, honor, HTC, Nokia, Sony. All of which display greys in pretty much every "Bad" app you've listed. All my Samsung devices uniformly show the exact same colour for the app, S21 Ultra included. As I stated before, the app determines the colour.
