Dual Messenger WhatsApp Issue

I have recently purchased an S21 Ultra. I use dual messenger, one for personal one for work. I am unable to send or recieve media files of any type. Browsing the Internet I see this is a widespread problem and back in June maybe before, Samsung said they were working on a fix for this. Does anyone know when this will be fixed or any possible solutions? Thanks.

Yesterday, I received the update to One UI4 and the problem is solved. Whatsapp seems to be working just fine

Same issue here, very disappointing and my number does not work for whatsapp business. Waiting for the One UI 4 update

Still not working on my z flip , I reinstalled and lost chat media history

Verizon released Android 12 for the ZFlip 3 and after installing the update, it now works for me.

I'm using S21+. It hadn't been an issue until the latest update screwed it up, and now I cannot fix it. Has there been no update on this in the last year?
