Both WiFi and Bluetooth cant turn on

Can anyone help, please?

My WiFi and Bluetooth toggles won't turn on when I click on them. So far I've tried:

- safe mode,

- wiping cache partition

- turning the phone on and off a million times,

- removed FB, Insta, Meta messenger, WhatsUp and Viber, (the apps I use frequently) 

If possible, I would love to avoid a factory reset. 

Edit: After a few days Bluetooth can be switched on, but turns back of after a while. Wifi still doesn't work, and one time pressing the button made the phone restart. Looks like a hardware/power issue?

Make sure you have no routines enabled which may disable them or any power saving modes turning them off.

Thanks Joeeye, I never used them. Nevertheless, I cleared both, forcestopped routines, disabled power saving permissions, and it didn't help. 

I occasionally get Bluetooth turned on now, and it even worked with my headset for some time. But after a while, it stops.  

Still can't make wifi turn on. Occasionally hitting the Wi-Fi button restarts the phone.

Got exactly the same issue, very frustrating and only started in the past few days, must be an update that Samsung can push out to fix this ASAP!! I'm using an s22 ultra on UI 6

Are you sending in for repair or hoping for an update to roll out? I really don't know what to do.
