Hi recently received my pre- order galaxy 21 ultra , I was claim my benefits from Samsung website I should receive galaxy buds pro and smart tag. 
Today I received message I will receive my rewards galaxy buds and smart tag next with in 45 days.
My question is I suppose to receive "galaxy buds pro" not "galaxy buds'
How to compliant this issue to Samsung claim team.

If you go on there website and select the chat option on contact us you can have a chat give them you order number and they will be able to check for you and confirm!

You may be taking the message you received about the buds too literally.
If you purchased the S21 Ultra within the qualifying preorder time frame you will receive the buds pro.
