Have new S20FE with up to date software and want to wifi call as the mobile reception is very poor. This is an advertised function for this phone, but there is no function on the menus to be able to turn on or off. Have spoken to mobile supplier (vodafone) and all is enabled there. But no switch on phone.
Can anybody help?

Hey @Tim47! The availability of Wi-Fi calling options in settings depends on where you purchased your phone from. Settings that relate to Network features, such as Wi-Fi calling, will only be available if you purchased your phone from your Network provider. If you purchased your phone directly from Samsung, you still have the ability to use Wi-Fi calling, as it is enabled automatically, you just won't have the option in settings to disable it. If you are unable to use Wi-Fi calling despite it being enabled, we would recommend getting in touch with your Network so that they can look into this for you. 🙂

Where did you purchase the phone from? As mentioned, if it wasn't from your Network provider, the setting won't be present in your phone, but it will be automatically enabled. 🙂

It was bought from vodafone

In that case, it may be best to check with Vodafone if you have other features of their Network software on your phone, or if this setting wasn't included in their software package, as it can sometimes vary between the different Networks.

OK will try them again, but it does feel a little bit like every body is blaming the other but nobody will do anything!

Unfortunately, as Wi-Fi calling settings are not something that Samsung implements, that's the best way forward. If it's not something that Vodafone adds in to their software either, it will be automatically enabled for you. 🙂
