I am on the Three network (ID Mobile). We have a poor mobile network. I want to make sure that calls are made and received over WiFi Calling. Is it possible to make the WiFi option the priority?

Yes, it's under phone settings, call settings. WiFi calling settings priority.

If you can't enable it in the settings then you'll need to contact your network provider to enable it for you at they end, they might send you a code.
