Can anyone tell me why my phone seemed to switch itself off, showing only the Samsung word on the screen. It took a while & some attempts before it switched itself back on again.
You need you restart your phone once in a few days... it keeps ur phone fresh. And also do clear recent apps when not in use. Ram needs more space to work fluently. Or you can reset your phone once if it keeps happening again nd again.
My experience is either having to many antivirus apps installed, or I have been hacked by camera and speaker, I find do a backup and hard reset or go in store , I hope this helped a little , good luck
