@Zincwolfe: Please can you try heading to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements > Magnification > Magnification shortcut, and toggle this option off? If you have enabled this feature, and your whole screen has an outline around it, then tapping anywhere on the screen will magnify/zoom in to the selected area. Let me know if this helps.
@Zincwolfe: Is the issue occurring with all games, or just certain ones? Have you tried checking the in-game settings for any magnification or zoom options that may by the source of the problem?
