My S20 ultra has a bulge in the back i am assuming from expansion of the battery which has cracked the back glass and now the screen isn't working. i have seen similar posts around but not any resolution. i have only had this phone 2 and a half years surely it should be lasting longer before internal parts start to fail catastrophically. @Sam_UK

Hi, @ashwheeler.
Further to the above, if you are based in the UK or Ireland then please send a private message to Sam_UK by following the steps in the link below, and I or one of the other Moderators will be able to get this escalated for you. We ask for a private message, as this allows us to request your personal details and device details for the escalation. We would never request these via the public forum.
Alternatively, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch with the relevant Support Team in your region, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further. You can also locate the region here:

@sam_Uk I have got the sam issue. I have taken.my phone to the sam samsung King's Cross for repair. They have said they won't touch it as it has previously been repaired. All I did was try to glue the back back on, around the edges. So a phone with this issue is with them if you want to look at it.
