S20+ poor signal

I have the S20+ and my wife has a S10+. Both on Vodafone UK. TheS10+ consistently has a better 1 or 2 bar signal compared to my S20+ in the same location. It also shows 4G LTE connection whereas my S20+ only ever shows 4G.

Any ideas? Or does the S20+ just have poorer antenna? I have tried a replacement sim and no difference

Hi there

The second half of your question, 4g & 4g LTE (as far as your devices are concerned here) are one and the same. It is just the way they show it.

The S10+ did have a strong antennae and it's recognised as one of Samsung's better efforts over the last few years 🙏
