My S20+ 5G has a green tint bellow 30% at most of the apps, after the update and the speakers has no more bass...sounds like a can..and the battery drops fast..faster than my old S8..
Please fix this..this phone does not worth 1100euro
This was an issue caused by the original ATCT update. I believe that Samsung have since pulled this update and I received a revised update last week on my S20 Ultra which seems to have resolved the green tint issue.
I am experiencing the same problem. I called the customer care and the lady tricked me with some false reset instructions. How can one buy a £1200 phone and have to deal with this sort of poor quality. If this is not fixed ASAP, I will be returning my phone and seeking a full refund. Perhaps iPhone 12 will be more ideal
