Odd circle on screen post update

I just updated my phone and now there's an odd black circle and edge bit constantly on my display on the right hand side of the phone. What is it & how do I get rid of it? Thanks

I restarted the phone & it's disappeared now.

Sadly, it's the return of the front facing camera and unlike previously, Samsung have for some unknown reason made it that it cannot be disabled in the UI 3 update. I can't watch sport without seeing the black hole! Hope this helps.
