E-SIM NOT FOUND

Doesn't this device support E-SIM?

In the "SIM Card Manager", I didn't find E-SIM Options. My question is why is that? Is that a software problem or the device simply doesn't support e-sim tech?

The device is originally bought from Vietnam. As it was a gift to me, I am using it in Bangladesh. so in CSC it is showing BKD.

Hi, thanks for a clear reply. IAs long as the phone is not an FE version, it is esim compatible, however, it is not available with the BKD csc as no carrier in Bangladesh as far as I know supports esim https://www.thedailystar.net/toggle/news/esim-bangladesh-heres-everything-you-need-know-2933861

When esims are supported a firmware update will make them usable.
