Doesn't this device support E-SIM?
In the "SIM Card Manager", I didn't find E-SIM Options. My question is why is that? Is that a software problem or the device simply doesn't support e-sim tech?

The S20 supports esim in some countries sp it will depend upon the device's CSC. What is your CSC? Here's how to find out How to Find Your Samsung Galaxy CSC Region Code? - KrispiTech

The device is originally bought from Vietnam. As it was a gift to me, I am using it in Bangladesh. so in CSC it is showing BKD.

Hello, after searching on internet forums, reddit and xdadev... I found the solution, you just have to change the CSC to one without an associated telephone company, for example on my cell phone the SM-G988U I tried with all the software each company in the USA (ATT, VZN, USC, etc...) and it was not until I only changed (with SAMFW tool) the CSC to XAA (free) that the option to add E-sim appeared, now I am using it with a physical sim and an esim without any problem.
