I don't own a S20FE... but I'm pretty certain there are GIF creating apps on the play store to try out... whether they're good, free or at a charge I am unsure.
When I go on my Note 10 plus in the gallery... in the Options... it let's me create GIF, Collage, Movie and Highlight Reel... so I would guess the S20FE can do too.
