Right now I have my phone unusable, yesterday it updated. This morning as always I've checked my pending emails and found that the touch response is NOTHING. No even my phone respond to anything. What happened? everything works, camera, bluetooth, wifi, 4G calls, mics, everything is good, but I can't do anything with my touch, I've been using my phone with a mouse with cable and its so annoying. Please can somebody tell me if this can be solved.

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

You can send feedback via your Samsung Members App too for Samsung to analyse, and possibly help further.
A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store maybe able to help too.

A last resort could be to back up and factory reset.

Nothing of that worked. I found that there are a lot of users having the same issue but with no fix yet. I'm so sad, I do believe that updates will come to improve our devices, not screw them to the point its unusable 😞
