Cracked with no fall - S20 FE

So, I own a Samsung Galaxy s20 fe, I've owned it for a year and almost a month, and it never cracked when it fell, however. Today when I was trying to search for something at the stair case, and turned around, I found my phone cracked, I haven't heard anything drop or the phone itself falling, it was just on the stairs, and it's a big shatter on the bottom, it still works and there's no lines. I thought it was my imagination but it was actually real, I got so shocked and scared, and now there's a really big crack standing on my phone. I don't know the hell did it appeared it just did.

Hello, sorry to hear about this. There is no actual question in your post but I'm guessing you would like advice. If you have phone insurance I would claim on that. If not, I doubt there is anything else you can do except pay for a repair. It is unlikely Samsung will accept this as a fault. But that is just a guess.

Possibly when dropped it the first time it was a small hairline crack, over time that crack expands as you use it and if drop it a second time the crack with expand and be visable

It not covered under warranty so will need to pay for it to be fixed if that what you want to do.

Word of warning by not fixing it you may create more damage as dust and irt get inside where the damage will cost you alot more to fix it

Could it have been there for a while but you just didnt notice it perhaps? sounds abit strange that a crack just appears on your device.
