You could look at using the diagnostic tools in the phone @Andrewandrew
Launch the phone app and in the dialer key in *#0*# and or look in your Samsung Members App for the diagnostic tool.
A Google or Forum Search may also yield results.

Do you have tracking AF turned on, @Andrewandrew? You can check this in the Camera app > Settings > Tracking AF/Tracking auto-focus.
