strange update message

Hi I have a strange settings update message in another language which i cannot remove.

I dont know what it is so dont really want to apply to my phone.

Has anyone else had the issue or know what it is

u see those "N" in the corner? click on them and update first everything

its telling you to enable two factor authentication i think.
