Where hasxthe shutter sound option gone from camera settings on  samsung galaxy s10 it was there 2 days ago

Shutter sound on or off still doesnt protect photos taken and protects dignity. Photos will still be taken xx

Hello - I realise time has passed on this but I've had the same 'issue' with the update of Android removing the reassuring shutter sound.

Selecting -> camera App -> settings (gear top left on my phone) -> shooting methods ->  Press Volume keys (set this to Control System Volume) and then come out of App

I found the setting for volume keys was set to 'Zoom In or Out' and this had cutout the shutter sound but when changed back to being proper volume keys the shutter came back.

I hope this is a permanent fix for us.

You're a hero. I hope the guy who decided to remove the "disable shutter sound" setting from the picture app dies a painful slow death and then goes straight to Hell.
