I purchased a refurbished Samsung galaxy S10 mobile phone in October last year, the phone is in excellent working condition the only thing that i think it might need is a new battery. As batteries are not able to be taken out of the phone can anyone give me any advice on how to go about having a new Samsung battery put in my Samsung galaxy s10 please?

@Bev54  You would  best placed  booking  an  appointment at an authorised service centre https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ or  can use the  Doorstep Repair Service.https://samsungrepair.com/prices   The cost of an S10 Battery is £109 with Doorstep Repair  and there will also be an additional charge. However a good idea to check the diagnostics first https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/galaxy-battery/about-battery/

I remember going S4, 5, 6, 7 ... 10 something went from and I ended up returning mine.

As much as the new mobiles are great, I do miss the originals and frown at the sustainability of Samsung.

It would still be possible but no pressing issues identified by Diagnostics, depends on whether you think Battery Life is becoming problematic. Would be advisable if experience increasing shutdowns for instance.

I also have a Samsung mobile A12 and A13 which I bought new over the last 2 years and the difference in the battery's lasting much longer when I am on the Internet. With my S10 when i use the Internet, i find that i have to plug in the charger at least 4 times in a 12 hour period, I never let the battery drop below 40% so most of the time I am using my S10 whilst it charging most of the time. With my A12 and A13 i can be on the Internet much longer before I plug in the charger at 40% battery, i plan on keeping my as S10 for the next few years and i thought it might be better to have a new battery. Do you think from the picture I showed you of the diagnostics of my S10 battery that it is okay,?
