I've had the email prompting me to login to my upgrade program today to select the S10 model i want to go with. I fully expect this won't go live until after the launch at 7pm UK time tonight. However the only web address I can find for the upgrade program comes back with invalid loan number and/or surname when I try to login. I was just trying to get ahead of the game and check all was working before going for the upgrade later tonight.
Can anyone advise what the correct link is for the UK Galaxy mobile upgrade program? Can you also check if you get similar errors when trying to login, or is it just me?

It's great to see that you're as excited as us in the office about the announcement!
When it's close to an unpacked event or launch the Upgrade Programme does temporarily close.
It will re-open around the time the pre-orders do.
When it's time you can access your current agreement HERE.
Say "hello!" and Introduce Yourself, or virtually hangout in the Samsung Lounge

the link does not work... when you enter your loan details and surname, it takesyou to the upgrade page, when clicking upgrade, it says the "page you requested is not available"
When will the link work?

Hi, thanks for posting the upgrade link. I can sign in and get to a page that says upgrade here. However the next page comes up with a loding error. Is the upgrade programme open yet? Thanks

I'm having a similar issue - but when I put my agreement number in it tells me that I've already upgraded!! Argh!!

I got that, and found the last email I got was them telling me they had settled the previous loan. So look for an email prior.
