Chat Messages

Hello my partner has an S10 she has started experiencing issues sending text messages to her son,  He is the only one that seems to be on Chat Messaging 

Tried switching Chat off on his messages and was able to send one text. Problem is the phone keeps switching Chats back on, any ideas how to stop this   thanks 👍

@Dawks: Which phone does your partners son have? On the S10, head to the Messages app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Chat Settings > Select Default Messaging type, and set this to 'Text or Multimedia Messages', so the texts are not converted to Chat. Let me know if this helps.
