Galaxy Note20 SeriesVolte issues
I recently bought the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5G.
From day one upgraded to android 12.
I have two sims:
Maxis (hotlink) does not show the volte option in connections inside settings.
Vodafone (roaming sim) Shows the option to turn on.
Samsung live chat said: "This phone is auto detect, refer back to your provider" not so helping at all.
I did tell him " So, this is going to be, Samsung go to maxis not us, maxis go to Samsung not from our side" he said " no no, it's the provider"
The game of blam is terrible.
Maxis said: " Our side is working good, refer back to your phone manufacturer".
I just bought the phone less than 3 days!
First phone from Samsung and my dream phone.
I even went to the reseller of Samsung not helpful at all nor can I find out; it my new phone having manufacturer issue/hardware or is it the new update or what to do.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI have same issue and didn't respond with hard reset I have bad luck warranty is over @my phone have black screan during watch you tube it's bad product I will not bye Samsung any more it will cost me near to new phone price if I repair
