SAMSUNG NOTE20 ULTRA WONT COONECT TO 5G SM-N986U

Hi,

I have recently purchased a used note20 ultra 5g from someone. The phone is working fine everything is ok. But it wont connect to 5G. I have even selected 5G from network settings but still it only works on 4G. I even checked my sim card in another phone and 5G works in other phone so the issue is not with the sim.

I even tried to Change the CSC to KSA but no 5G Network 

How ever the mobile is from us SM-N986U Verizon

And i am in middle east Saudi Arabia

I am using STC sim in Saudi Arabia

It appears that it doesn't support the 5G frequency band your carrier STC uses n40 & n78.

There are reasons why these phones are regionalised. You just happen to have stumbled across one of them.
